As you enter the gates at the Clock Tower entrance you will see eight original storehouses arranged in two lines on each side of a branch of the canal. These historic buildings house our beautiful workshops, which offer an abundance of original features and natural light.
We have a wide range of tenants in our existing commercial workshops including theatre and set designers, several craft makers/sellers, antique dealers, furniture makers and kitchen designers
Spaces at The Depot can be rented on a monthly basis and range from small units for one to three people to a whole studio, large enough to accommodate 15 people. The terms of the lease are flexible and there is ample parking for tenants and visitor’s vehicles and access for delivery vehicles.
